Service Provisions

Requirements and regulations relating to arrival cards may change without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any such changes or for any delay or loss arising from or associated with such changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any fees, damages, costs, or expenses arising from any malfunction or for any other reason. This includes, but is not limited to, liability arising from changes to, interruption of, prevention of, or restrictions on travel, together with any related fees or expenses.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages, fees, expenses, or losses are incidental, direct, consequential, special, punitive, or otherwise. It includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits or revenue and any loss exceeding the service fees paid by you for the processing of an arrival card, photograph, or passport. This limitation applies regardless of whether we were aware of the possibility of such loss or whether liability is alleged against us under any legal theory.

Processing and Delivery Times

We will use our best efforts to meet the estimated processing and delivery times; however, no processing or delivery time is guaranteed.

We shall not be liable for any event beyond our reasonable control that causes delay or loss. Such events include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, acts of God, war, acts of a public enemy, civil unrest, strikes, or any act or omission of a public authority, including interruptions to our Services caused by delays or disruptions affecting government websites.

We shall not be liable for any act or omission of any government official, government agency, or related authority in any country or territory.

Any processing times quoted by us for travel arrival cards, passport renewals, or photograph services are estimates based on our previous experience in dealing with the relevant authorities. singapore-sgac.com does not accept and shall not be deemed to accept responsibility for such processing times.

Arrival card requirements for any country or territory are determined by the government of that country or territory and may change without prior notice. Although we make reasonable efforts to provide complete and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that the information provided is always complete, accurate, or current. We shall not be liable for any reliance placed on such information.

Disclaimer

Subject to the provisions set out in the ā€œAbout Our Servicesā€ and ā€œUse of Our Servicesā€ sections, we shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • The outcome of an electronic arrival card application, whether approved or rejected, is determined entirely by the relevant immigration authority.

  • An electronic arrival card application is rejected, or an incorrect electronic arrival card is obtained, because the applicant provided false, erroneous, incomplete, and/or inaccurate information.

  • The relevant immigration authority revokes an electronic arrival card after it has already been approved and/or issued. Please note that immigration authorities do not usually provide reasons for such decisions.

  • The issuance of an electronic arrival card is delayed because the time required to process and respond to the application is controlled by the relevant immigration authority.

  • The immigration authority of the destination country refuses, for any reason, to allow the holder of an electronic arrival card to enter the country either before travel or upon arrival. The relevant authority has the final decision-making power and may refuse or permit a traveler’s entry in accordance with its security procedures and/or applicable laws and regulations.

  • The immigration authority of the destination country refuses the electronic arrival card holder entry before travel or upon arrival because the holder’s information is inaccurate or has not been kept up to date.

  • Airline personnel refuse to allow you to board because the personal information shown on your electronic arrival card does not match the information shown in your passport.

We shall likewise not be liable in the following circumstances:

  • You are not an adult or do not have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and use the Services under the laws and regulations applicable in your country or place of residence.

We shall not be liable if a user accesses the Website despite not having reached the legal age required under the applicable laws and regulations of their country.

It is the responsibility of the user’s parent and/or legal guardian to appropriately supervise and control a minor’s use of the internet. We are unable to control whether a minor accesses websites containing material that may be unsuitable for minors or whether a minor submits personal information without the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • We receive an adult’s personal data and/or private information from a third party for the purpose of submitting an electronic arrival card application on that adult’s behalf, without first obtaining that adult’s consent.

In such circumstances, we will inform the data subject of how their personal data and information were collected. Where applicable, we may also ask the person who provided the personal data to confirm that they obtained the data subject’s consent in order to remedy the situation.

  • We receive a minor’s personal data and/or private information for the purpose of submitting an electronic arrival card application, but the person providing the data is not the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian.

If we become aware of such a situation, we will take appropriate action as soon as reasonably possible.

You use the Services entirely at your own risk. The Services are provided on an ā€œas isā€ and ā€œas availableā€ basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. These include, but are not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
